Amy first fell in love with photography with her first camera, a Kodak X-15 Instamatic C1970-76. It was what jump started her photography obsession. For more than 20 years Amy channeled her love for photography into a career in hair and makeup for print, film and shows, while never putting down the camera since 1970. This has given her years of experience behind the camera that allow her a very personal connection with whomever she is photographing. After 911 while living in NYC she decided to turn her photography passion into a career. Shortly thereafter she met Byron and the two joined forces. Amy brings creativity in abundance to this team as an artist and visionary.
As an IT professional for large corporations since 1995 it was only natural that Byron’s obsession with photography took a marked step when the world of images went digital. Byron is the technical guru behind A& B Photos, keeping us on the cutting edge with the newest technology changes in all aspects of photography. He is constantly refining systems to ensure that your images are not only safe in this digital age, but also affords us a workflow that involves a swift turn around so your prints get to you faster, as well as keeping the highest standards of quality in our work and final products.
