So here goes it for round 2 with Matt and Katie’s second E-Session. Tempe is their stomping ground so it was only fitting to capture them in their town. Not to mention the place of their wedding is Tempe Center For The Arts!
We loved setting up and shooting the sparklers!

We were thrilled to go to Sedona and shoot Matt and Katie’s first E-Session. This wonderful couple consider Sedona a special place, so we began at L’Auberge a favorite resort and brunch spot of theirs. What a blast we had capturing the love between these two and props have to go to such a stunning backdrop!

We recently photographed one of our brides Patti McKiernan in a “Post” Bridal Portrait Session. Patti loved wearing her dress again, and we even added some extra touches with the trendy french cage veil and long vintage kid, leather gloves. Thanks to Patti for such a great session.

CHRYSTA & DIXIE SHOOT
Last week Byron and myself (Amy) shot beautiful Chrysta and one of her families horses Dixie. Chrysta looks beautiful and dreamy perched atop Dixie, gotta love the glow! You would never know the temperature was in the triple digits, Chrysta looks perfectly dewy! I have to say Dixie was quite the horse looking straight at the camera and holding still the entire time!

Looks like this was our last shoot of the season -no more daytime outdoor shoots now, it is too hot! We will be shooting indoors now or in the evening whenever possible.
Make-Up Tips For The Heat!
1. Before applying any make-up wash and exfoliate. This will get rid of oil that breaks down makeup and exfoliating will remove dead and dry skin creating smoother skin. 5. Waterproof mascara. The heat only helps smudge regular mascara. See if your fave brand comes in a waterproof version.
